Subscriptions & Billing
In short: We bill in advance. You can cancel any time, and you'll have access until the end of your current period.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
- Standard monthly plans are billed every 30 days.
- Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of label printing services.

While we strive for 100% accuracy in Natasha's Law compliance and label formatting, the final responsibility for food safety and allergen labeling rests with the food business operator. The Prep Tag is a tool to assist, not replace, professional kitchen management.
