- Account details (Name, business email, kitchen location).
- Kitchen data (Product names, allergen profiles, and expiry settings).
- Staff activity (PIN-based audit logs for label printing).
- Location permissions solely to scan for and connect to nearby Bluetooth thermal printers. We do not track, store, or share your physical location.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for operational purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties. It is used to:
- Synchronize menu items across multiple kitchen devices.
- Generate compliance audit reports for health inspections.
- Provide technical support regarding hardware and label printing.
Data Sharing
We only share data with essential service providers, such as cloud hosting services (AWS/Vercel) and payment processors (Stripe), to ensure The Prep Tag remains online and functional.
